Data add on not working in South africa
I purchased a data add-on.
Got to South Africa and it’s not working. I am on the 1st network that is available, with LTE connection, called Vodacom. I have manually selected it.
Wifi works fine, I have tried the advice found on forum, and turned off the phone multiple times but it’s not working. This is an IPhone 6 with up to date IOS (12.6).

Did you enable the data roaming?
Is your phone compatible with the local network?
Did you try to connect to a different network provider?

Thank you for reaching out. I just verified your account and it seems like one of the Add-ons was consumed, and the 2nd Add-on appears to be working since it it halfway consumed as well.
