That means that there is some problem with the signal coming from the coaxial cable, turn off the modem and double-check the cable connection.
However, the problem can be some work in your zone

• Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
• Choose the option 💬 chat
• If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

Following the verifications from file, the plan appears to be suspended, due to a failed payment, which is the reason why the internet is not working at the moment.
I would kindly ask you to try proceeding with the payment manually, directly from your Fizz account, My plans -> Proceed to payment, to have the plan reactivated, and the internet reestablished.
