Today i received the sim [5 days late]. Can I return it? will i be refunded?

Sorry you cannot, you can always sell it or give to a friend with your referral code in order to receive 25$.

I have verified your account, and it seems like that under this account, only one SIM card has been ordered. This can be reviewed in your account, My settings -> Order history.
