returning a sim

I ordered 2 sim cards on the same day, i received only one, while the other's expected date of delivery was on the same day, but it never was delivered. so I bought another one from an outlet as it was urgent for me.
Today i received the sim [5 days late]. Can I return it? will i be refunded?

    Sorry you cannot, you can always sell it or give to a friend with your referral code in order to receive 25$.

    I have verified your account, and it seems like that under this account, only one SIM card has been ordered. This can be reviewed in your account, My settings -> Order history. 
    If, by any chance, you have ordered the 2nd one from a different account, I would kindly ask you to reach out to us through any of our communication channels available, to sort this out.
