Hi, I just subscribed for the home internet for 200mbps this month. It was dec. 01 when it started but then it was only how many days since we used in our new apartment and it was not like I subscribed for 200mbps a month. It is so slow and sometimes we lost a sudden connection. We only have 4 cellphones connected to the wifi and still it is very slow. I tried restarting the modem but there is no change. I wish that there will be actions to make for this problem. Thank you
