I don't have internet from early morning. Even after restarting it doesn't works.

Did you check the cable coaxial cable? If it is well-connected to the modem
Check the led status this will help us to understand the problem, but it can be a problem in your sector too.
Did you try to turnoff the modem for couples of minutes?
