Stuck at Activation Pending

It's been more than 24 hours and my account still says activation pending. The sim card is on an iPhone 13 mini and shows strong signal connected to Fizz EXT but it cannot make or receive calls. How long does it take to activate a sim card? I contacted support yesterday and they said I should just wait 2 hours but it has been a day since then and still not activated. Please help resolve my issue. Thanks and have a good weekend! :)

    Can you try to reboot the phone

    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    • Choose the option ? chat

    • If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.
