Help!! Account frozen!!

I just got an account less than a week ago. Never used the card. Tried to use and it got declined. Went to the app and it says my card is frozen!! Help!!

Hi your best bet would be contact live chat at https://fizz.ca/en/support
they should be able to access your account info and help you out with this issue.
