new mobile plan with wrong price

Hello,

I have upgraded my mobile plan to 40G data and got confirmation; see the attached screenshot. but I received another email it says "Price: $ 47.67/month (taxes included)" instead of $41.92/month (taxes included).

Can you please clarify it?

    Hi Kaylee the screenshot didn't get through. Your best bet would be contact live chat at https://fizz.ca/en/support

    they should be able to access your account info and sort out the discrepancy.
