Internet cable down

The snow plow tore out the cable for the internet connected to my house, it is currently lying on the ground on the sidewalk. However, I cannot get in touch with anyone at Fizz to physically reconnect the line and Videotron told me since I am not a customer, they cannot do anything. Resetting my modem or any of those suggestions will not do anything. The literal cable from the pole outside is on the floor. I've sent tickets and a WhatsApp to Fizz but it often takes them days to reply, how can I get someone to help me?
