Charged falsely for a day of usage because chat CSR gave incorrect information
Hi, I would like to request credit of $1.72 - one day if internet charge. The person I was chatting with to cancel my internet said that if I press the activate button nothing will happen. I had requested a return label to ship back the unopened modem I received the same day because I did not want the service. He put a ticket for me said I would have to wait 3-5 days before I could get a return label to ship back the modem. After the chat I pressed the activate button to see if I can get a return label and it did activate contrary to the CSR I chatted with. I then requested cancelling the service within 30 seconds to get a shipping label to return the unopened/unused modem and recieved the label. However, I was charged for 1 day of internet usage which is false. Please provide a credit of $1.72, the amount taken from my refund of a full charge of 1 billing cycle.

Hello Seal99 ,
Sorry to hear about the issue.
From what I verified a refund of $1.72 was escalated yesterday, but there has been a small delay in the processing of the refund, however, you should see it by the end of today in your transaction history via My settings - Transaction history and in your bank account in some business days.
Details on how to check your transactions can be found here also : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/where-can-i-see-my-transactions-and-orders
Thank you for your understanding and have a good one,
