question about customer support

before making a complaint with CRTC, any way to contact Customer Support but not chat? Email address, phone no?

    Sorry Fizz is 100% online, you can open a complaint with Fizz from your account . My Settings -> Contact Form

    I would like to inform you that Fizz was designed to be a 100% digital service only.
    Thus we cannot call or be called by clients.

    If you wish to reach our customer service, you can do it via Social media ( Facebook, Whatsapp ) , Live chat or by submitting a complaint from your Fizz account in My settings - Contact Forms- Submit a complaint.
