Hello bujindou,
I am sorry to hear that you encounter issues with your mobile data,
I have verified your account and I can see that your plan is in good standing and you should be able to use services.
In order to fix the issue, please restart your mobile and activate only your data.
If it does not work, then please verify if you have these exact APN settings registered.
To verify on the One plus> go to Settings > Network and Internet and then 'Mobile Network'. Search for 'Access Point Name', 'SIM Settings' or something similar.
Then tap on edit or if it does not let you edit, then create a new one and enter these exact settings:
APN: mobile.bm
MMSC: http://mms.mobile.bm
MMS proxy: mmsproxy.mobile.bm
MMS port: 80
APN type: default,mms,supl
If your phone offers you a predetermined APN type, choose “Internet + MMS”
Leave the other fields as they are by default.

Also, you can check the address on this coverage map and if you are in the green area, you do not need to activate roaming.
If you are outside the green area, then you activate roaming on your phone. The green area is the subscription zone, were Fizz network is available. Outside, you should connect to FIZZ-EXT or if you go to the USA, connect to Verizon, T-Mobile or AT&T.

As for your question, Fizz is a prepaid service and you will never have roaming charges. You use what you paid for.Thank you for you understanding and patience!
Have a good day!

Hi @bujindou
You need to use the roaming all the time that you are in Fizz Ext, and with your plan, you have the right to use it
You will not have any fees

If you're using a Fizz plan with US & Canada coverage and you're currently in Calgary, but your OnePlus phone only connects to the network after you turn on roaming, it's important to understand how this affects your service and potential charges.
- US & Canada Plan: With a Fizz plan that includes US & Canada coverage, you should be able to use your phone in both countries without incurring additional roaming charges. This type of plan is designed to cover usage in both areas.
- Roaming Setting: On many phones, the "roaming" setting needs to be turned on to access networks outside of your carrier's primary service area. Since Fizz's primary network is based in Quebec and parts of Ontario, being in Calgary might require roaming to connect to partner networks, even though it's included in your plan.
- No Additional Roaming Charges: If your plan explicitly includes Canada-wide coverage, then turning on roaming in Calgary should not result in extra charges. Your usage (calls, texts, and data) should be covered under your plan.
- Why Roaming is Needed: In areas where Fizz does not have its own network infrastructure, it relies on agreements with other network providers. Your phone might recognize this as "roaming" even though it's covered by your plan.
- Check Your Plan Details: To be absolutely sure, review your plan details on the Fizz website or app. It should specify that your plan includes Canada-wide coverage, indicating that using your phone in Calgary falls within your plan's regular usage.
- Monitoring Usage: Keep an eye on your usage through the Fizz app or website to ensure that your activities in Calgary are being correctly billed as regular, plan-included usage and not as additional roaming.
- Contact Fizz Support for Confirmation: If you're still unsure or want to double-check, you can reach out to Fizz support for clarification. They can confirm whether your current usage in Calgary will incur additional charges or not.
