Referral bonus pending since August...
I referred a friend to Fizz and she got her home internet with Fizz now since August. I see the $25 in my account with her name but still says pending after 4 months she's been with Fizz and paying her bills.
I want to know why?

Happened to me yesterday. I wrote to Fizz via Facebook messenger, they told me that the new Fizz customer was still a customer, so it was a fluke. They raised a ticket, and a couple of hours later, they told me it was fixed, and indeed the referral is now RECEIVED and not PENDING.
