Add a new credit cart
I cannot add a new credit cart to my account. The address linked to the ongoing cart is no good. And cannot change it.
Would please make the needed correction?

When you add a new credit card the system should ask for the address associated with it. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-update-my-payment-method-or-credit-card-information

What happens when you try to add a new card? Do you not have the option or get error messages?

Sorry to hear about the issue.
Please make sure that you enter the correct details when trying to add a new card from My settings - Payment methods ( the address that you add for the card in the account must be as the one you have in the bank statement associated with it ).
Once you manage to add the card, please go to My plans - Manage - Payment methods and set it as default.
