Hi @Shami
It seems like you're experiencing trouble with incoming calls on your OnePlus phone with Fizz. Here are a few troubleshooting steps to consider:
Fizz may not have certified OnePlus phones. While this shouldn't necessarily impact basic functionality like incoming calls in Canada. Ensure your phone's software is up to date, as updates may address such concerns.
Are you currently using the phone in Canada? If not, network and roaming issues could be affecting your ability to receive calls. If you've ported your number from another provider, double-check the completion of the porting process. Sometimes, delays or incomplete transfers can lead to call-related problems.
Rebooting your phone is often a simple yet effective solution. Additionally, toggling the phone into airplane mode for about a minute can help reset network connections and potentially resolve any temporary glitches affecting incoming calls.
Do you have unlimited calls or an addon or enough found in the Fizz wallet?
After trying these steps, monitor your phone for incoming calls. If the issue persists, you might want to reach out to Fizz customer support for more specific assistance. They can provide insights into any known issues or offer personalized troubleshooting based on your account and location.
I hope this helps, and if you have any more details about the problem, feel free to share for further assistance! 📱✨

Someone told you to update the APN settings? I usually leave them as is. You could also try to take out the sim card and reinsert it to see if that might help.

Hi! It sounds like you're having a bit of trouble with receiving calls and messages, but your outgoing calls and texts are working fine. Since your data works while roaming, it seems like your phone is connecting to the network, but there might be a specific issue with incoming communications.
Here are a few things you might want to try:
- Restart Your Phone: Sometimes, a simple restart can fix network-related issues. It refreshes your connection to the network.
- Check for Software Updates: Make sure your phone's operating system is up to date. Sometimes, outdated software can cause compatibility issues with network services.
- SIM Card Check: Try removing and reinserting your SIM card. If possible, test your SIM card in another phone to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is with the phone or the SIM card.
- Network Settings Reset: Since you don't have the VoLTE option and your APN settings are already updated, try resetting your network settings. This will erase all network settings, returning them to factory defaults, and might fix the issue.
- Disable Call Forwarding: Sometimes, call forwarding settings might be interfering with your incoming calls. Make sure that call forwarding is disabled.
- Check Do Not Disturb Settings: Ensure that your phone is not set to 'Do Not Disturb' mode or any similar setting that might be blocking calls and messages.
- Contact Fizz Support: If none of these steps work, it might be best to reach out to Fizz customer support. They can provide more specific guidance and check if there's an issue with your account or network in your area.
