Problem with home address in ordering new SIM
I got a message saying that I have to change my SIM. I started ordering a new SIm as per instructions and was asked to veryify my Home Address. When I confirmed the address, I got a message to the effect that my address is not within their area or something like that. What gives? My old SIM now does not work most of the time.

I am sorry for the situation encountered,
The SIM cards can be delivered only in the green area on this coverage map: https://fizz.ca/en/coverage
Outside of that area, we do not have a delivery company that can deliver it.
If your address appears in the green area and you are still not able to order it, please contact us in private, using these steps:
Go to the FAQ: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do
Click on the green bubble on the bottom right corner> and choose chat or social media.
