impossible to buy a phone

what the title says, it is impossible to buy a phone, always an error, support doesn't help and says that has been like that for months and they are working on it. What can i do other than change of company?

    I had a lot of issues when trying to buy a phone. Mostly because of the way they handle billing address and shipping address.

    After many many retry, it finally worked for me. But like you, the support was not helpful.

    I had to do a complaint to set something in motion.
