My Rewards - 25% off a phone doesn't work

Can anyone explain whether the My Rewards phone discount applies on top of existing discounts, or not? I added a Pixel 8 to the basket at the current price of $960 and applied my 25% off My Rewards perk, but the price is still $960. On the reward tab it just says "My Rewards Terms and Conditions apply" but of course there is no link to any terms and conditions, and I can't find any despite lots of hunting around the forum and the website (of course). I can understand if the reward can't be used on discounted rates, but it would be helpful if that was clearly stated somewhere!

    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    • Choose the option 💬 chat

    • If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

    Thanks for the responses. I assume it doesn't work, even though it's still not confirmed. I decided not to buy a phone through Fizz in the end.

    For me the 25% off doesn’t show up when you first add the phone to the cart. It only applied in the middle of the checkout process, where there is a check box to apply 25% off. At the end it did get applied.

    i think it’s better to make it more intuitive and reflect the discount at the very beginning, to avoid confusion.
