Where's my phone???
2) I tried to set up 2nd delivery as suggested, but I got no Parckage number which is required by 3rd party courier--- I tried with my order number, but that's not right! So I could book 2nd Delivery on 3rd party website because I do NOT have that Godamn package number which only says 'to come' on my Fizz acoount page.
This is very discouraging for a new customer. I don't what happened to that delivery company. It would be definitely a shame if I can't enjoy your service because of this 'failed delivery '!

• Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
