Having a hard time purchasing a phone...
I've been trying to buy a pre-loved Iphone 13 pro or pro max, and im getting errors after I click on the green arrow to proceed. Then I tried to buy a non pre-loved Iphone 15 pro max and I got the same error. Has been happening for the last day or two. Anyone else have the same issues ?

You can chat in direct
• Sign into your account

• Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
• Choose the option 💬 chat
• If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

To clarify, @Whizz @Jess_i88b6 , The error message simply reads : "There is a problem.Please try again later."
But it has been days.

You are not the only one, we had a lot of issues too.
