My iMessage and FaceTime isn’t working
I went through probably 100apple and fizz representative each more useless then the last I honestly don’t understand how you run a shit
company and just rob money without offering the fuckin service

Can you try to disable the wifi when you register the iMessage?
From apple (always with the wifi off)
- Go to Settings > Messages and turn off iMessage.
- Go to Settings > FaceTime and turn off FaceTime.
- Restart your iPhone.
- Turn iMessage and FaceTime back on.

Please reply to the e-mail we have sent; you can search for it in your e-mail inbox by using the ticket number. To get the ticket number, you have to log into your Fizz member account > My settings > My tickets or in the Overview menu.
