This means that you don’t have the signal on your cable it must be a problem in your sector
once this happen to me I was in a visioconférence, I check outside the windows and there was a couple tech for Vidéotron working in the pole
id the internet didn’t can back try to contact the support to get more info

Hello jackfruit,
I am sorry to hear about this situation and you have our apologies for the delay in replying.
Following the verifications, I see that the modem was offline for a few hours yesterday, however everything is in the normal parameters now. If you still have issues with the connection, please unplug the modem from the electrical outlet a few seconds, plug it back and test the connection.
Also, don't forget that now we have a new WIFI application, if you didn't downloaded it yet, you can do it from this link: https://fizz.ca/en/wi-fi-technologies
