Why does my Wifi have no internet access?
My internet connection is spotty with frequent outages. My discussion with Chat ended when the guy bailed on the conversation after giving me a page of instructions none of which work. This is outrageous and a waste of my money!

Sorry for your experience here we are users, if you want to try again contact them back and ask to monitor your line to see if there is some signal problem.
if you have the possibility try to reset the modem to the factory settings this can helps too

Sorry to hear about the issue.
From what I verified on the conversation you had with the customer service, you were requested to download the new Fizz WiFi app , and run a diagnostic on the network so our team can check what`s happening with the connection.
So please go to the Google Store and check if there is a new App that you can download for the Fizz WiFi - download it and reach us on Live chat before you run the network diagnostic so our team can also check in real-time what`s happening.
Regarding the chat being closed, it closed automatically since you were not active anymore , as the agent did not close the conversation on you.
I also tried to verify some signals on our side, and there were a few disconnections detected - so be sure that you also check the cables and outlets for any possible damage.
