Why 'No service', or 'emergency calls only' whine in US?
My wallet was full; texting eventually would go thru, by T-Mobile. This happened at the Tampa airport and at Temple Terrace where l stayed.

try to check the network operator settings, this should be in automatic, but if it doesn't work, try to select an operator, you can try AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile.
Remember to enable to data roaming
Try to reboot the phone too.
If you are not able to make calls, this can be a problem with the SIM, your SIM must be VoLTE (with a red thunder, but if you bought after 2022 is automatic like that) or it can be that your phone is not certified VoLTE. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/why-volte-important
