How do I get my modem replaced
My modem's been giving me trouble for a while, I've replaced the wires that I can but it still loses connection a few times a day and needs to be rebooted to work. I've done a factory reset.
This week I've been trying to contact support by the online chat, but it no longer seems to be manned. I've spent much of the week as the first person in the queue.
Anyone have any idea how to get support to replace the modem?
