Please try using this FAQ if you have access to your Fizz account https://fizz.ca/en/support, or this FAQ if you cannot connect to your Fizz account https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do. You will have to look for the Message bubble in the lower right corner of the screen, then choose the communication channel you want to use.
You could also try reaching out to customer service from another device, browser, or even an incognito window on the browser you are currently using.

Hi Nadom,
What happens when you try to reach customer service? Are you able to try on several devices? (Phone or laptop). Sometimes different chat apps work better.
