You will have to look for the Message bubble in the lower right corner of the screen, then choose the communication channel you want to use. 

You could also try reaching out to customer service from another device, browser, or even an incognito window on the browser you are currently using. 

Feel free to send us a private message with some more details on why you can't contact us.

Hi Nadom,

What happens when you try to reach customer service? Are you able to try on several devices? (Phone or laptop). Sometimes different chat apps work better.
