How to connect to Fizz router while in bridge mode

As title suggested, how can I connect to the Fizz router while it is in bridge mode?

I see the Fizz wifi app was updated, I would like to check if there is an update to the modem.


I also would like to see if I can access the USB even in Bridge Mode

    In the bridge mode you can connect to your Fizz router by using http://192.168.100.1

    I think that there is no updates to the modem. And I don’t know how to “access the USB even in Bridge Mode”, what does your question mean?

    However, i can't seem to login. What's the login credentials while in bridge mode?

    I tried cusadmin and my Fizz password, no luck. I also tried my new Wifi Password, no luck...

    Hello Hrair,

    Normally, you should be able to connect to the interface using the credentials " cusadmin " and the password for your WIFI. In this situation, I would suggest reaching out to our customer service, as you may need to factory reset the modem, set a new password for the WIFI on the Fizz modem, write it down, enable bridge mode, and try again using the new password. You could also try accessing the interface on a device connected through an ethernet cable.
