I can't seem to be able to return a phone ordered in error.
I tried several times to go through the entire return process, including all the hoops of using different browsers, private browsing and erasing cookies etc. Nothing works, and it only sends me back to the same page over and over again. I have a ticket open but now, several days later, nothing has happened. They claim the clock on the 15 days keeps ticking too. I don't want to pay for something I can't use! Anyone ever have this resolved, and if so, how?

• Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
• Choose the option 💬 chat
• If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.
