Recurrent connection problem

I've been having frequent disconnection, mostly but not only around 5pm to 6pm eastern in Montreal.

The modem lights are all own, however, all my lan devices can't see internet and my mobile device tell me that my password is wrong.

However, it starts working again after every power reset.

Has anyone else experience anything similar ?

Sadly, the modem doesn't allow me to know anything about my connection's states.

I know for a fact that it is not the lan cable, the coaxial and Ive already tried power rebooting, but its annoying to do it every odd days, especially when it cuts when I am doing something.

    Hi @Wyllas

    It seems a problem with your modem, did you already try to make a factory reset?

    Using a small, sharp object, press the modem’s reset button for 10 seconds.

    Once your modem has restarted, follow the same instructions you used when you initially installed it.

    Reminder: The default username (Default Wi-Fi network) and password (Default key) for your Wi-Fi network are written on a sticker on the back of your Wi-Fi modem.
