Please change the rule so people with no data plan can receive data gift
I think it's unfair and we should be able to give data to an account that doesn't have
Just think about it like a family plan.
Please change the rule or at least think about it.
It's fair if you don't want to give gift like holiday promotion or stuff like that, but at least allow real paid data to be gifted.

I find it difficult, since, adding the first Gb is 8$, to have 40Gb is 19$, people having multiple account will buy one "big" plan and share it.
They oblige you to have at least 1Gb

Good idea, but that's how Fizz stimulate users to have a data plan.

It would be very nice if they allowed it but it's clear that Fizz want us to use data gifting as an alternative to buying data addons after we run out of data on our plan, and not as a replacement for using data plans entirely. This is also clear I think in the way pricing for data is set up, the first 1Gb is incredibly expensive and then the cost to add more data is negligible, there's clearly an incentive if you're paying for the data to just get more.

You are right: With the rewards I have 750 MB, soon 1 GB. However, I will never be able to receive a gift without a data plan.

We need to be realistic. We are in Canada, and this is already a good deal, for sure we can ask but .....
A colleague of mine has a free.fr SIM, and he is also using it here because it offers free roaming with a dual SIM phone he has the best solution.
