It is with your message that I understand that delivery now seems to be done by carrier (if the "line" is ok) and not necessarily with a Videotron technician. I guess it's to keep costs down. It is with returns like yours that Fizz can react to the carrier if this becomes problematic too often.

I'm sorry for the situation you have encountered.
Our partner, Planète Courrier, have many deliveries across our subscription area which makes them the best company with which we can currently work with shipping modems, SIM cards and phones.
We understand your situation, however, I'm sure that this is only a particular case and they're doing their best to solve each client's inquiry. I have verified your Fizz member account and I can see that the modem was delivered in the meantime.
You can always contact them by clicking on your tracking number from your Fizz member account - My settings - Order History - See details to the order - the blue tracking number.
