I can make calls but can't receive calls nor text messages
I restarted my phone
I was on the 8$/month package
I added 300 minutes and I can't receive calls
I turned on/off airplane mode, etc...
I had enough problems with Fizz so far, if it doesn't work, I will cancel by 8 contracts with Fizz
Your help would be appreciated

Double chekc the DND
You can chat in direct

• Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
• Choose the option 💬 chat
• If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

I would suggest :
1.Re-insert SIM Card
Another magical solution that can do wonders is to remove the SIM card from your phone for a few seconds.
Clean it with a microfiber cloth or blow some air on it.
Then put it back in your phone.
2. Change Network Band
Often, it’s your carrier’s network band that can stop your iPhone from receiving calls.
To fix it, you will need to switch to a different network band.
If you’re on a 5G network, for example, switch to 4G, and so on.
Go to Settings > Mobile data > Mobile data choices > Voice & data to do so.
You should also toggle the VoLTE option on or off.
3. Update iPhone
Install any outstanding software updates on your iPhone as soon as possible.
Often, using old software can also cause this problem.
Go to Settings > General > Software to check and install the latest updates.
