I’ve just paid my plan and activate my SIM card, but I can’t make any calls not texting.
I’ve already upgrade my phone, turned it off more than 4x and still not working. In the website says I have no data but I have just paid for my plan with unlimited minutes, texting and 8GB.

You can also try to reset your network settings (attention it will erase all your saved WiFi and Bluetooth connections) or put your phone in Airplane mode for 2 minutes.
PS.There were some visual bugs recently related to the bonuses and data but @Whizz said the technical team is already aware.

There may be a wait time between purchase and activation. Otherwise, check with Fizz.

Did you already have a plan with fizz without data before? Or is this all brand new? Because if you only just now switched to a plan with data, then it's a change to your phone package, and i think that it means that you need to wait for the next billing cycle to actually get the new plan. Or am i mistaken?
