It seems to be a recurrent problem
You need to contact the support to get refund it or send it again
If you need a referral code, in order to receive 25$, you can pick mine it is after jess_ or pick one from here https://forum.fizz.ca/en/discussion/2198337/this-is-the-place-for-your-referral-codes-here-and-only-here, this is for your first plan.
If you can open 3 different account and activate a plan to each one, using the referral code or your previous plan in this way you will get 125$ at your 2nd month.
