Travel Add-on data - Purchase not working
I am trying to buy a travel add on of data for the USA but when I confirm the purchase, it just keeps loading in loop without ever confirming the purchase. I have tried many times no and I tried using a private broswer and it still doesn't work... Please look into this. Why is it not working?

Can you try to use your browser in private mode and try again?

• Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

• If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

I am sorry for the situation encountered,
There was a temporary situation that occured for some customers after the release of the latest website update and the technical team worked on the display issues to fix them as soon as possible. Usually, changing the browser or opening an incognito page and trying again like that, would solve the issue for most users.
If not, clearing the cache and cookies, should do the trick.
In regards to your travel add-on, I can see that you were able to purchase the travel add-on on the 12th.However, the order was stuck processing and a ticket was escalated.
You can use your travel-add on without issues now.
