Problem when attempting to change address
Hello,
I try to change my address under "My plans => Manage my plan => Moving". When I type in my new address it is recognized by the autofill, but when I hit save I receive the error below.
In the manual entering my street does not show up.
What are my options to make my address change with Fizz?

Did you try entering the French version of your address. I noticed the other day that Fizz requires you to enter your address in a certain way. Even though my display language is English, my address appears in French with Rue... and accent for Montréal.
