Phone not connecting to LTE (data not working on 3G).
Last night, my phone stopped connecting to LTE. It says it is connected to 3G—but I cannot use my data on that right now. I am technically out of my normal coverage zone (in another province), but I frequently travel for work and generally don't have issues with connecting to data in other provinces.
I reset my network settings, rebooted my phone, took my SIM out, etc. What else can I try to fix this?

In case you are leaving the green zone on this map: https://fizz.ca/en/coverage
You need to activate your roaming data and make sure you are connected to a Fizz-ext network.
Also, it is important that you setup the APN settings to the ones below.
APN: mobile.bm
MMSC: http://mms.mobile.bm
MMS proxy: mmsproxy.mobile.bm
MMS port: 80
APN type: default,mms,supl
Find them using these steps: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Access Point Names → APN

Try to reboot the phone or put the phone in airplane mode for a minute.
Try to connect to a different provider
Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators
iPhone: Settings → Operators
You can chat in direct

• Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
