I moved to another company before my next payment was made in fizz and fizz charged me the next month when I'm supposed to be refunded for that amount, also I enter into my fizz account and my plan still active, my wife's is not so I'm worried they will charge a second payment in the next cycle.

    Hi @tapalopez

If you ported the phone number to the other company and this is active, you plan but be closed.

You your plan was transfer within 72 hours before the next billing cycle, you will charged and refunded in a week.

    Hello tapalopez,
I am sorry for the situation encountered,
For the situation you have encountered, please contact us in private in order to help you with the refund.
I can see that we have sent you an email on 11th of October asking you for the details to issue a refund.
You have requested the number transfer on October 2nd and due to some technical issue, the number was transferred after the payment cycle reset and that is why you were charged again.
You may use the steps Jess_i88b6  provided to reach us in private and address this situation as soon as possible.
    Thank you for your understanding!
    Have a good day!
    -Eugen
