Sorry to hear about the issue.
I verified your account and saw no such charge on it ( the $45 as your plans cost a bit more ).
Our colleagues on chat which you contacted them also stated that the card that you are asking of is not even on this specific account - so please check if you didn`t borrow it to a friend or family member.
