My internet stopped working, how do i get help fast?

My Internet stopped working on the 30th of September and I contacted Fizz on the 1st October. It was working fine before, nothing changed, and suddenly I come home to no internet. I have tried contacting customer service but their response comes after 6-7 hours at a time. They asked me for my availability and I gave them, and then they scheduled a service call for a time when I was not going to available, outside of the availability I gave. Basically scheduling the service call from 7:30 am to 8:30 pm. When I asked if they could do after 12, they said there was nothing available? Firstly, how can whole day is available but moving the time a bit is not available? I have been without internet for 4 days now. I want to work with them but their response back takes hours so I can't even arrange anything. What should I do? How I get refund for the days I am without internet and might be without internet if we can't find a time that works?

    To answer your question in regards to why we have available from 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM, that is a special timeframe, when the technicians are fully booked for the timeframes we usually offer 7:30-12:00, 12:00-17:00, 17:00-20:30.

    If none is disponible in our tools, we would recommend that you take the one for the whole day, as it is the soonest.


    In regards to the refund, rest assured that we will compensate you for the time without service.
