I did just activate my SIM. What I'm saying is that there is no button to go to the advanced parameters in my Manage Plans window, which has been confirmed to me as a known bug. Also, I setup the APN settings the same as described on the web page but still nothing.

What phone are you using?
Did you select the APN that you configured as the default one? Did you reboot the phone after?
Do you have data in your plan?
Are you under Fizz or Fizz Ext? Try to enable the data roaming
Do you have a plan with data?

I am sorry for the situation encountered,
I have verified your account and I can see that the option is missing. That is a display issue that is currently being handled by the technical team.
I also escalated a ticket on the matter and you can see it in your Fizz account> My settings> My tickets.
As soon as the issue is resolved, you will be notified via email.
