Can't see my plans in my account
Anyone have the same issue, I'm trying to gift my daughter some data from my line, and for some reason my 3 plans that I have with Fizz are not showing on the plan section. I only see the add-ons I purchased and the deactivated plans. In the overview section I can find a workaround to managing my plans but I cannot seem to gift any data.
I contacted support, they said that I needed to swap my payment cards and swap the payment cards for each line on my account.
After following the list of tasks I was given, I still can't see my plans or gift any data to anyone
