Can't see my plans in my account

Anyone have the same issue, I'm trying to gift my daughter some data from my line, and for some reason my 3 plans that I have with Fizz are not showing on the plan section. I only see the add-ons I purchased and the deactivated plans. In the overview section I can find a workaround to managing my plans but I cannot seem to gift any data.

I contacted support, they said that I needed to swap my payment cards and swap the payment cards for each line on my account.

After following the list of tasks I was given, I still can't see my plans or gift any data to anyone

    I checked and I am able to see my plan.

    Can you try using another browser or clean the cache/cookie and use the browse in incognito mode?

    Check if your antivirus adblocker is blocking the request

    If this doesn't help, you should contact the support

    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    • Choose the option 💬 chat

    Hi J,

    If support sees the same issue as you do with your account, then they will likely need to escalate a ticket to resolve the issue. I would contact them again and see if they can help to resolve the issue.

    In the meantime, if you have a referral code to receive some gifted data, I can help with that.

    He has 3 other plans under the same account. You cannot use the referral code for gifting; otherwise, the gift will go to the first account. In this case, the gift must be done using the phone number.

    You're right if the plan to receive data is on the same account.

    In this case, gifting should be done by phone number.

    For some reason, I mistakenly thought the plan was on a separate account.

    If gifting by referral code or email address, only the first mobile plan would receive the data.

    @JROCK If you wish to share the phone number via private message, I can gift some data to you, as much as you need.

    Alternatively, @JROCK you should be allowed to gift from the overview page if you can see your plans there.

    I’m sorry for the situation you have encountered.
    I have verified your Fizz member account and I can see that a ticket was already escalated to our technical team regarding the situation you have described.
    You can see the ticket in your Fizz member account > My settings > My tickets or in the Overview menu.
    As soon as the situation is solved, you will receive an e-mail with the ticket's details.
