After having resetted the modem, did you wait 15 minutes?
Also double-check the o and zero, 1 and i or L sometime these letters are confused

I am sorry for the situation encountered,
I have verified your account and I can see that the modem is online with no issues reported in your area.
Also, I can see that you managed to connect your devices to the wifi.
I can see that you have a password that has an l in it. It can be either an l - "L" or I - "i". You must enter the password using the 2 options and see which one is correct.
I am sorry that you had trouble with it. Everything seems to be working correctly now as you managed to setup the wifi using the Easy Connect tool.
