Can I have Fizz Internet and Videotron Internet at the same address?

I am moving into my aunt's basement, and for work I need to have my own dedicated internet connection. As she already has Helix upstairs, Videotron will NOT install a second account (the basement is not a street address with Canada Post). OXIO, the other big reseller says they can't either, but FIZZ says they can. Is this accurate, or did I just book and pay for installation for nothing?

Hi

If the cable signal is not weak, they can install a T to split the signal, the band used should be different.

However, if there is a cable in your place, they will send only the modem without the tech, therefore, you need to find a T to split the signal and bring the cable where you need it.

As @Jess_i88b6 said most probably they will send you the modem only and you will need to install the splitter and the cable yourself.
