Address change
Hi, I recently updated my address in the moving section of my plan. It looks OK. However, on my new invoice, it still reflects an address I lived at 3-4 years ago (two addresses prior). Is there a specific reason for this, and how can I confirm that my address has indeed been updated to the current one?

I just verified your account and it seems like your address was updated, and you can check this out by going to My Plans> Manage plan for your mobile plan > Moving. However, after verifying the invoices, I can see that there is indeed another address showing up on them. In this case, I just took the time to forward a ticket to the technical team, and as soon as they respond, Fizz will get back to you via email with the updates.
