Data gifting
I gifted 1GB of my data to my daughter, but she didn't receive it. She did restart her phone, nothing happened.

Check under her account, to see if the data are received, check also to your account to validate that the data are sent
To see how long gifted data is valid:
- Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
- Under the plan you wish to view (if you have more than one) click on See usage.
- This will open the Usage screen, which lists all your gifts, Add-Ons, Rollovers, etc. The blue arrow will tell you which data bucket you are currently using. On the right hand side you can see how many days are left for your gifted data.

• Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
• Choose the option 💬 chat
• If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.
