Just got my wifi Modem installed yesterday evening and Unfortanely does not appear on any devices

Yesterday evening, a technician came to install my internet connection. It took significant time since I was located in an old building, which was understandable.

However, after the installation was completed and he notified me about it, I tried connecting my devices to the internet, but unfortunately, nothing appeared to be working. I tried unplugging and resetting the modem and router, even factory resetting the back of the modem, but nothing has changed. The lights on the modem and router are all clear, but none of my devices are connecting. I need some help with this issue, please.

    Hi @SmithCycle

    Are you see the wifi signal?

    Are you able to connect to the wifi?

    Can try to connect the modem using a computer connected with the ethernet cable?

    Check that your computer has a DHCP activated in automatically, check the DNS configuration

    Try to check these, give back some feedback on the test results and we can try to help you out.

    I am sorry for the situation encountered,
    I have verified your account and I can see that your plan looks good from a commercial point.
    Also, I have verified your connection and I can see that your modem is online and you were able to connect. However, the signals are not within the normal parameters.
    In order to address this situation, please contact us in private to investigate further and provide you with a few troubleshooting steps.
