Why for the fifth day in a row I can only make phone calls from my house? You service does not work.

    Hello abutmir,
    I am sorry for the situation encountered,
    I have verified your account and I can see that you have contacted us in private.
    The issue was resolved there. The number you encountered the issue with was being used in an area where the service was mostly provided  by our partners. 
    And changing the network manually to Fizz-ext resolved the issue. Also, while you are on Fizz-ext, you need the Roaming option activated as well.

    Maybe you're far from the cell towers? Do you have concrete walls? Is your cell phone damaged? Is the sim card damaged?
