Sorry to hear that your transfer could not be completed right away, however, this does not mean that all activation orders are the same.All the activations are different, as some customers can reactivate an old plan, transfer a number from another provider ( this comes with different situations and demands too), activate a whole new plan and customize the phone number, etc. These processes are usually going smoothly but can be affected by different factors, depending on which route mentioned above you take.
