If you connect to your modem you can check all the devices connected
Open an Internet browser and enter in the address bar: 192.168.0.1
Identify yourself with the login information:
Username: cusadmin
Password: Your Wi-Fi password

As for the meaning of the 5Ghz light blinking, that happens when the 5Ghz network is enabled and data is transmitted or received.
